Mayer Brown International LLP – Access Flooring Case Study

201 Bishopsgate and the Broadgate Tower, designed by MCM Architecture Limited, is the largest speculative office development ever undertaken in the City of London. Significant investment was made in landscaping the surrounding area, including the large open plaza to the front of The Broadgate Tower, and the galleria, which will be the location for shops, bars and restaurants that runs between the two buildings. The project is for the newly acquired office space of Mayer Brown International LLP.

Mayer Brown is a leading Global law firm, with key business centres in Europe, Americas and Asia. The firm advises 89 of the Fortune 100 companies, 35 of the 50 largest US banks, and most of the FTSE 100 and DAX companies. Mayer Brown successfully acquired the let of the majority of 201 Bishopsgate, with an office space of more than 20,000 square meters.

Fieldmans Access Floors Limited was chosen for the raised access flooring because of our excellent reputation for quality of service and attention to detail: vital qualities for a prestigious office development such as this. The near million pound project involved the raised access flooring material supply and installation over six levels.
