Ken MansfieldManaging Director

Ken has been Managing Director of Fieldmans Access Floors Ltd. since its formation in 1993. Ken is qualified to IOSH Safety for Senior Executives and boasts a broad understanding of the many products and systems available on the raised access floor market. Prior to Fieldmans, Ken gained over 12 years’ experience working for Tate Access Floors both as a floor-layer and site supervisor before taking voluntary redundancy in 1992 to form Fieldmans.

Mike MansfieldContracts Director

Mike is Contracts Director at Fieldmans, overseeing project and financial management and providing invaluable design and product advice. Mike holds an SMSTS. Before Fieldmans, Mike worked at Tate Access Floors with Ken and also gained great experience installing access floors and as a site supervisor.

Lisa Sams BSc (Hons)Quantity Surveyor

Lisa has been with Fieldmans since 2000. Lisa worked her way up from Junior Surveyor through to Senior Surveyor and is now an invaluable asset to Fieldmans, conducting site visits and liaising with clients. Lisa holds an SMSTS.

Nick MansfieldProject Manager

Nick has been with Fieldmans since 2007 and holds an SSSTS. Nick’s current role as Project Manager focuses on the smooth running of projects, supervising floor layers and attending sub-contractor site meetings. Nick has experience working on a number of Fieldmans projects, including; Heathrow T2 (HETCo), the Olympic Media Park (Carillion plc), Central St Giles (ISG plc) and MOD Corsham (Laing O’Rouke), Google / YouTube, 6 Pancras Square (ISG) and 1 Bedford Avenue (Mace).

Alan BoveyContracts Supervisor

Alan has been with Fieldmans since 1995, having joined from Tate Access Floors Ltd. after 10 years working as a floor layer. Alan’s current role as Contracts Supervisor allows him to oversee a number of Fieldmans projects, supporting floor layers and attending sub-contractor meetings. Alan holds a SSSTS and has supervised works on a number of Fieldmans projects, including; USB Broadgate (ISG plc), Clarence House (StructureTone Ltd.) and FTI 200 Aldersgate (ISG plc), 40 Chancery Lane (ISG) and Park House (Structuretone).

Andy WakefieldProject Manager

Andy has been with Fieldmans since 2000 and holds a SMSTS. Andy’s current role as Project Manager focuses on the smooth running of projects, supervising floor layers and attending sub-contractor site meetings. Andy has experience working on a number of Fieldmans projects, including; JPM 60 Victoria Embankment (StructureTone Ltd.), Bunhill Row (ISG plc) and Royal Bank of Scotland, Sea Containers House (Structuretone), Bird & Bird, 12 New Fetter Lane (Structuretone), Havas, 3 Pancras Square (Structuretone) and Which?, Marylebone Road (Structuretone).

Many of our staff worked with Ken and Mike at Tate Access Floors and boast decades of experience in the industry.
